I'd say once a week I get a phone call from someone wanting to know what their Aga oven temperature should be!
It's a little tricky because your Aga works on radiant heat not air temperature BUT if you can get an Aga oven thermometer to read 235 d c in the top oven then your lower and module ovens should be correct.
Place your thermometer halfway to the back of the oven with the shelf on the middle setting and give it 20 minutes to acclimatise. If the temperature is wrong then adjust the settings of your AGA and wait 4 or 5 hours for the AGA to fall/rise to the correct temp - it takes awhile!
