Aga DON burner range cooker conversion failed

We've had a lot of fun today working out a solution for a recent Aga range cooker enamelling customer.

During her service the engineer had been unable to remove the carbon (an inevitable result of burning oil) from the burner base. This burner was an original DON Aga range cooker conversion installed in the 1950's and needed replacing but they are no longer available. The solution was to supply a new deepwell burner base, conversion stand (so it will fit the DON burner base) new burners shells and new burner plug.

It took a bit of research but we got there in the end, do get in touch if you need similar help!
