Two Proud Pups In Front Of A Dark Pewter Re-Enamelled Aga Range Cooker.
Another fabulous nook! We covered some distance last week, dashing up to Lake Windermere (more on that soon) and more locally, meeting some lovely pups and peeps along on the way!
This lovely cooker was just around the corner in comparison to the lakes, in Harry Potter country! (Lacock). It was completely re-enamelled and had new side panels fitted to make it look like new.
Both the plasterwork in this alcove and the carving of the wood to meet the profile of the stone surround are beautiful. The work of a skilled craftsperson!
I think that these pups approve! We are looking forward to seeing them again soon for a nuzzle when we pop back to convert her to electric!
