"Excellent kit! - We returned from a very hot Provence to a wet, autumnal Herefordshire a couple of weeks ago. I had ordered the heavy duty enamel cleaning kit in time to arrive while we were away, ready to prepare our beloved pillar-box red, two-oven, oil Aga range cooker for its switch-on. The pro paste included in our Heavy Duty kit has been used perfectly here, a great demo Emma! Thanks! Spread evenly, but not thickly, a thorough but thin coating is best! Left for a while to do its work!
Rarely do we see such gleaming full enamelled (very well looked after) full enamelled domes, like gleaming red berries!
A super pic here of our scraper tool! I find this the most satisfying part of our cleaning process, you really feel like you are winning the battle with the grease 'from the off!'.
This photo is quite handy actually as it shows how rockwool can compress and shed over time losing its insulative qualities. You can replace this rockwool under your expansion ring with a nice plump rope seal, that will stay in one piece, not shed, and fill the gap effectively.
