How to cook soft american style cookies in an Aga range cookerAntonia has gifted us her failsafe triple chocolate chip soft cookie recipewith tips on how to get them just right when baking in your Aga range cooker!

This Tip is fab! - "These cookies are best when still slightly warm from the oven. They do keep well in an airtight container for a couple of days though. To re-create the ‘just-baked’ taste, place a baking liner or simmering lineron the simmering plate and warm the cookie with the lid down for 30 seconds! #YUMMY !"⁠

You could even make these #wimbledon style! Dry your own strawberries by slicing them into quarters, spreading them with 'room to dry' on a baking sheet & Liner. They will take about 2 hours at 200℃, then a further hour after you've turned them. leave them in the simmering oven, relax and check back until they feel dry but a little 'chewy'. Then add these to your mix for a strawberries and cream cookie! 

This is my ultimate, always a winner, deeply chocolate, chocolate cake! I was a massive fan of Michael Rosen's Chocolate Cake poem from 'Quick Lets Get Out Of Here' as a child. Well worth a read to your kids! This cake is THAT cake!
