Is your herb garden bountiful after some hefty spring showers and welcome warm days? My oregano is particularly lush at the moment, and the lovage is reaching for the sky so fast I feel like if I sat long enough I may even see it grow!
Lovage is one of those herbs that I miss very much in winter. It adds a zesty celery punch to soups and stocks. I must remember to dry some this summer!
How do you dry herbs on or in your cooker? The Blake & Bull drying rackseems the perfect place! Pop a bit of parchment on top (so herbs don't drop through the holes), with a few air holes poked in to aid ventilation, Or a clean linen t-towel, and lay your cut herbs down to dry.
