"Yesterday, my kitchen dreams came true..my very own Aga baby came to live with us. She’s simply beautiful, glossy and shiny and I love her! I’ve been without a proper cooker since the end of March this year when lock down 2020 arrived to cause chaos to us all. A decision was made to complete our cosy cottage and I placed my order with Katy at Blake and Bull and invested in an October Aga baby complete with an Electrikit conversion.
Apart from my wonderful hubby I truly don’t know who to thank first as my whole order, purchase and delivery experience with this fantastic company was just perfect from start to finish but here goes.
The first thank you must go to Katy for providing such excellent customer service both before and after my purchase, its made me feel very valued which is lovely. I’m a total Aga newbie and Katy’s reassuring phone call the day after delivery was very much appreciated.
Second thank you goes to Joel and Preet who arrived promptly with us yesterday morning with excellent social distancing measures in place. Both of the guys were so lovely..polite, happy, helpful, tidy and a total pleasure to meet. I felt extremely spoilt for the day, Joel and Preet made my whole Aga install experience an extremely stress free happy one. I do have a little OCD when it comes to tidiness but I had no worries whatsoever!
Thank you number three must go to the guys who did all the behind the scenes restoration work to my Aga baby. Her new paint job is spectacular, she’s perfect in every way and I can’t stop smiling and rearranging the tea towel on her chrome rail!
Blake and Bull you have an amazing business and such fabulous caring staff, you must be very proud.
Ooh almost forgot..the goodie box! Wow, wow..totally unexpected, thank you loads I love it!
