Electrickit Advanced Remote Screen | Mounting Guide for Aga cookers
The remote screen will be supplied by your Blake & Bull engineer on the day of installation.
If you want to wall mount your screen there are preparations that you can make ahead of time.
Mounting your screen is not part of the Blake & Bull Electrickit Advanced installation.
To mount your screen you will need to buy a single gang pattress back box.
You can buy one that has to be chased in, or a simpler surface mounted/angle surface mounted.

Single gang pattress back box with cable ‘push out’ 32mm deep & 35mm deep examples, widely available!
Or you may need an angle for your screen depending on access, this also may be useful when wanting the screen on the worktop, but fixed and secure. Single gang pattress angled surface mount for work top.
Our carpenter Ali {maker of our showroom cupboards} has also crafted these solid oak stands, coated in OSMO oil. They hold the screen in a slightly slanted position. The unit is loose in the stand, and the cable will travel across the worktop. Subject to availability.
Whichever back box you choose, please follow the guidelines here. Broken screens can be replaced at £198 ex VAT. Postage is free, delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
The screen comes with a 4mtr cable, and the green connector that your Blake & Bull engineer will connect to the system. The cable is grey and around 3-4mm in diameter.
