Made from high quality stainless steel, with a sturdy plastic handle, this thermometer is a breeze to use. The thermometer comes with clear markings from 40-200 degrees Celsius & 100-400 degrees Fahrenheit and handy guideline temperatures for a number of uses, including boiling your eggs and making caramel.
Please note this should not be used in a Microwave or Oven.
To avoid possible damage don't put this thermometer straight into hot liquids, allow it to warm up in the pan with it's contents.
