Orange, Clove & Cinnamon Scented Wax Melt (30cl)

  • These wax melts release their scent around your cooker when placed on the black hob. Control the scent released, unlike candles, by moving to hotter or colder parts of the hob. The glossy black glass complements the enamel and looks fabulous.

    Our scents are crafted especially for kitchens. 'Orange, Clove and Cinnamon' is a warm scent, very wintery!, with a citrus freshness.

    With no wicks or flames our 'low melt point' natural plant wax melts do not waft their scent in the same way as candles but are safe and create no soot or CO, suitable for holiday homes and forgetful people!

    Drawing of Matthew from Blake & Bull - our range cooker expert "A totally unique idea this and a great gift! The melts work perfectly in smaller kitchens, for larger ones use in conjunction with our orange, clove and cinnamon candle and scent diffuser." Matthew{more about our friendly team}

  • When you want scent pop the melt, unboxed, on the hob (not hotplates). Use a hot area (melt to a liquid) first to get the scent going and then move it away. Every Aga is different (believe me!) so you'll need to experiment a little to find the right place. You don't need the wax completely liquid all the time, this will release the scent very quickly!

    The scent will move around more in busy kitchens, the more still the air around the Aga the more localised the scent will be. When the scent has all gone there will still be lots of wax left in the melt, it doesn't evaporate in the same way as with a candle.
