This is a replacement full size oven cool/cold shelf for use with Aga range cookers. It should not be left in the oven but rather used for 20-30 mins to deflect the powerful heat that radiates from the top of the roasting oven, a pair of cold shelves is great if you need to cook cakes for longer.
This cold shelf fits any traditional model and age of Aga range cooker so no need to worry about whether you are buying the right one!
The cold shelf can be used in any of the ovens on a 2, 3 or 4 oven Aga range cooker and is made from robust folded stainless steel.
