The Everhot 150+ is a high-heat oven with a huge cast iron hot plate, four ovens and a handy resting plate between the ovens. The "+" in the model name indicates a practical extra cast iron simmer plate hidden beneath the lid on the right side, which can be controlled separately to the main hot plate.
