Heritage style Reimagined Aga range cookers by Blake & Bull®
Iconic style from a cooker designed in 1939. Perfect original examples painstakingly renewed in our workshop in any of our 65 colours. The images below are from our showroom, see a 4 oven Heritage model here in the kitchen of Blake & Bull founder, Matthew.
These were a standardisation of all previous AGA models and were produced throughout the war and beyond until 1972. Designed by Douglas Scott, one of the very first industrial designers who also designed the Routemaster London bus, there are few 20th century designs as recognisable.
The quality of the cast iron is higher than later cookers, making it harder to enamel, and more complex design places higher demands on our workshop team. These cookers are the ultimate expression of our craft. A cooker originally installed in 1941, restored in 2023, good for another 83 years? Extraordinary!
