Last order dates for Christmas 2022 delivery (exc N.Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and remote locations sorry)...

Last order date with 'Standard' or FREE delivery is Monday 19th December (NOT guaranteed so if it's important choose next-day!). Order by 2pm.
Last order date for 'next working day' deliveryis Thursday 22nd December. Order by 2pm.
Last order date for Christmas Eve delivery is Friday 23rd December. Order by 2pm.

Christmas returns...

It's simple; our 365 day returns policy is in force all year round. That means you have 365 days from the date of purchase to return an item to us. It will need to be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition of course!
