Use your Aga range cooker's roasting oven to prepare these roasted sprouts with bacon and chestnuts. Prepare 1 hour in advance of the Christmas dinner, don't freeze!
Line the small shallow roasting tin with a piece of non-stick.Trim and prepare the sprouts, snip the bacon into small pieces.
Pile into the roasting tin with the olive oil, bacon and chestnuts, shaking to coat everything in the oil.Hang the tin from the second set of runners and roast for 8 – 10 minutes, season and serve.
