Scotch Pancakes
These are traditional pancakes from Scotland, they’re so easy you could make the batter in a mug
4 heaped tables self raising flour
1/2 teas bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teas cream of tartar
2 tables caster sugar
2 eggs
Enough milk to make a thick batter
Whisk together with a fork
Cook on a medium/hot pan
Makes 8-10 pancakes. Serve with butter or jam!
