Line the small shallow roasting tin with Bake o Glide.

Trim and prepare the sprouts, snip the bacon into small pieces.

Pile into the roasting tin with the olive oil, bacon and chestnuts, shaking to coat everything in the oil.

Hang the tin from the second set of runners and roast for 8 – 10 minutes, season and serve.
Aga Range Cooker Tips:
- Cook in the roasting oven, 200C, 400F or Gas 6.
- Prepare in advance, just cook your sprouts up and put to one side and just reheat before you serve your meal.
