A Stately cooker in a Stately home!

This week Julian and Dan spent a glorious day at a beautiful country house in Oxfordshire. You may recognise the gardens from a few films or TV shows!

 We are lucky enough to work all over the country, but this landscape has to be one of the most beautiful that we have seen!

The House and gardens are stunning and it was a privilege to be invited inside to breathe some new life into a 4 oven Pre '74 Cream Aga range cooker.

Aga range cooker restoration Cream Pre '74 Aga Range Cooker conversion from Oil to Electric

This 5 oven Aga cooker had barely been touched since installation. After easing it apart, we spent some time on the refurbishment to deep clean the exterior cream enamel and re-line the doors and lids. Once we had completed this we installed our sophisticated Electrikit system and rebuilt the cooker with its newly refurbished parts.

And here we have the finished product! Ready to keep on working for another 65 years to come! The logo has been blurred as it is not our trademark.

We were very grateful to receive this lovely feedback from our client;
"Our 1950’s Aga looks wonderful and like new. Having started with solid fuel then converted to oil and now electrics.
Your men were charming and knew exactly what they were doing. I would thoroughly recommend Blake and Bull to everyone. We have eight AGA’s on the estate. Five now electric. I wish we had heard of you sooner.
Thank you and kind regards"
