Good Morning
I had to write about what a terrific experience we recently had with Blake & Bull.
From our first contact with Katy, to the Engineers - Preet and Ross, to Luna for her help, from beginning to end, the service from all involved was excellent. Everyone was extremely approachable and helpful.
Preet telephoned the day before arriving to introduce himself and to let us know what time he and Ross were expecting to arrive.
We had had a reconditioned cooker installed by another company, unfortunately, we hadn’t found Blake & Bull at this point. Having several attempts at trying to get it to work with it either overheating or not heating enough and calling the other company’s Engineer to come on two occasions, we looked for another company.
Thank goodness for Blake & Bull !!!
Preet and Ross were professional, extremely polite and courteous. They worked in a clean and tidy manner and we’re very respectful of our home. It came across that they worked very well as a team, both being very knowledgeable in their product. They were confronted by several ‘hidden’ problems with the appliance (there was no way it would ever have worked) none of which fazed them in the slightest nor did they grumble. They simply dealt with each issue in a quiet, calm and confident manner. They gave clear instructions on how to use our new Aga range cooker, both verbally and in written form, leaving me their number should I have anything else I needed to ask.
There was a slight issue with the racks we had, so Luna kindly organised to have the correct one delivered free of charge. She even held back delivery as we were away for a few days, with the rack duly arriving upon our return. I was made to feel I was given a truly personal service.
Blake & Bull are second to none and we absolutely would not hesitate in recommending them for all aspects of Aga range cooker care and installation and anything else. We felt we absolutely had a truly personal service. Oh, and they have an excellent online shop.
If you’re looking for a company to install, service or anything Aga cooker related, you need look no further.
