Fancy a good stir fry tonight? Flat bottom woks don't work that well, you need HEAT to do it properly. Instead use a heavy and oven proof deep frying pan. Pop it in the roasting oven while you chop the vegetables. Move it to the hotplate (remember your oven gloves!), slosh some oil in and chuck the veg in. You waste less heat from the hotplate, get the pan hotter and make everything tastier and quicker! If the pan isn't hot enough it's more steaming than stir frying!
Pro tip, drape a tea towel over the handle of your pan if its not removable and has heated up in the oven! Its a good reminder!
